Drew Dellinger and Denise Coleman are Garden City Realty’s Top Agent of the Month and Quarter

With more than 14 million in sales year-to-date, Dellinger ranks within the top four percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2021 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume, Dellinger was named a Garden City Realty Platinum Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named GCR’s Top Producer of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, Listing Transactions Agent of the Year, and Total Transactions Agent of the Year.
He is the firm’s Top Listing Agent in January, March, April, and First Quarter, and the Top Selling Agent in January, July, and First Quarter.
