Garden City Realty recognizes its Agents of the Month and Third Quarter
Garden City Beach, SC – October 4, 2021 – Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, a full-service real estate office, is pleased to announce that Denise Coleman is the Top Listing Agent and Douglas Morris is the Top Selling Agent of September. Likewise, Drew Streett is the Top Listing Agent and Douglas Morris is the Top Selling Agent of the Third Quarter.
With more than eight million sales in 2020, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Coleman within the top 9 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. As recognition for her outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Coleman was named a GCR Gold Club Level REALTOR. She is also the co-recipient of the Top LeadingRE Incoming Transactions of the Year award.
Year-to-date, Coleman ranks within the top 11 percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than seven million in sales.
Coleman is recognized as one of GCR’s multi-million-dollar top producers. She has been a Broker Associate with Garden City since 1999 and is certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Recreation and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is the highest certification any Broker can receive. As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Morris was named a GCR Gold Club Level REALTOR. He also received the Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year award.
Year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than 11 million in sales. He is the firm’s Top Selling Agent for January.

As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Streett was named a GCR Gold Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named the firm’s Top GCR Rental Referral Agent of the Year and Top Leading RE Outgoing Transactions Agent of the Year; he shares recognition as the Top CRM Selling Agent of the Year and Top Total CRM Transactions Agent of the Year. Likewise, he is the firm’s top Selling Agent for August and December. Additionally, he received the prestigious SCR REALTOR® of the Year award in December.
Year-to-date, Streett ranks within the top 3 percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than 14 million in sales. He is the firm’s Top Listing Agent for January and July, and Top Selling Agent for July.
Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. Most recently, he served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS®.
