REALTORS Brent Jackson and June Hiller named Garden City Realty Agents of the Month, Douglas Morris and Drew Dellinger named Agents of the Quarter
Garden City Beach, SC – October 09 – Garden City Realty has announced that Brent Jackson is the Top Listing Agent, and June Hiller is the Top Selling Agent for September. Likewise, Drew Dellinger is the Top Listing Agent and Douglas Morris is the Top Selling Agent of the Quarter.
With more than $3.6 million in sales year-to-date, Jackson ranks within the top 23 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes seven transactions with an average sale price of $516,414.
Jackson has 22 years experience as a REALTOR, including the Pawleys, Litchfield and Murrells Inlet markets, and has been with Garden City Realty since 2019. He is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
With nearly $6 million in sales year-to-date, Hiller ranks within the top 13 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 12 transactions with an average sale price of $488,583.
Hiller is a Garden City Realty Gold Club Member, recognized for her outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 15% of total MLS sales volume.
Hiller has been with Garden City Realty since 2001 and specializes in resorts, vacation homes, and residential markets throughout the Grand Strand. She is a member of CCAR, SCR, and NAR. She is also a 2004 Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS leadership program graduate and earned the Resort and Second-Home Market Specialist (RSPS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
Dellinger specializes in vacation, investment, and residential properties and is a top-reviewed 5-star agent by past clients. He is a member of the CCAR, SAR, and NAR. He also holds the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation.

Likewise, he received the Top Listing Transactions of the Year, Top Total Transactions of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, and Top Producer of the Year awards. He also received the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2022.
With more than $11 million in sales year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 26 transactions with an average sale price of $430,673.
