REALTORS June Hiller and Douglas Morris named Garden City Realty Agents of the Month
Garden City Beach, SC – September 11 – Garden City Realty has announced that June Hiller is the Top Listing Agent, and Douglas Morris is the Top Selling Agent for August.
With nearly $5 million in sales year-to-date, Hiller ranks within the top 14 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 11 transactions with an average sale price of $453,000.
Hiller is a Garden City Realty Gold Club Member, recognized for her outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 15% of total MLS sales volume.
Hiller has been with Garden City Realty since 2001 and specializes in resorts, vacation homes, and residential markets throughout the Grand Strand. She is a member of CCAR, SCR, and NAR. She is also a 2004 Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS leadership program graduate and earned the Resort and Second-Home Market Specialist (RSPS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
With nearly $11 million in sales year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 24 transactions with an average sale price of $457,062.
Morris is a Garden City Realty Platinum Club Member, recognized for his outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume. Likewise, he received the Top Leading RE Outgoing Transactions of the Year (two-way tie), Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year, Top Luxury Portfolio Selling Agent of the Year, Top Selling Transactions of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year awards.
