Garden City Realty recognizes top agents Drew Dellinger and Bobby Streett

With more than 23 million in sales in 2020, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Dellinger within the top one percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market. This statistic is based on active agents with sales between January 1 and December 31, 2020. He was named Garden City Realty’s 2020 Top Producer of the Year, Selling Agent of the Year, and Listing Agent of the Year. He was also recognized for Top Selling Transactions of the Year, Top Listing Transactions of the Year, and overall Top Total Transactions of the Year. He was named a Garden City Realty Platinum Club Level REALTOR for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume. Likewise, he is the firm’s top Listing Agent for January, June, July, November, December, second quarter, and third quarter and the top Selling Agent for February, May, September, November, first quarter, third, and fourth quarter.
Year-to-date, Dellinger ranks within the top one percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with nearly 14 million in sales.

As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Streett was named a Garden City Realty Gold Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he is the Top LeadingRE Incoming Transactions of the Year agent.
Year-to-date, Streett ranks within the top three percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with nearly nine million in sales. He is the office’s top Selling Agent for March, April, and first quarter.
Streett, has been a Broker Associate with Garden City Realty since 2004 and has been selling real estate for more than 43 years. He is a member of NAR, SCR, and CCAR. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation, and is a certified insurance counselor.
