Garden City Realty recognizes Cal Harrelson and Bobby Streett as top agents of the month
Garden City Beach, SC – May 4, 2021 – Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate office, is pleased to announce that Cal Harrelson is the top Listing Agent and Bobby Streett is the top Selling Agent of April.
With more than 11 million in sales in 2020, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Harrelson within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Harrelson was named a Garden City Realty Platinum Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named Garden City Realty’s 2020 Top Luxury Portfolio Agent of the Year.
Year-to-date, Harrelson ranks within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than 8.8 million in sales. He is the office’s top Listing Agent of February, March, and first quarter.
Harrelson has been selling real estate in the coastal resort areas of the South Strand for 27 years. He specializes in vacation and investment properties and is a member of the CCAR, the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He is also a recipient of the REALTOR Image Award.

As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Streett was named a Garden City Realty Gold Club Level REALTORS. Likewise, he was named a Top LeadingRE Incoming Transactions of the Year agent.
Year-to-date, Streett ranks within the top seven percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than 4.3 million in sales. He is the office’s top Selling Agent for March and first quarter.
Streett, has been a Broker Associate with Garden City Realty since 2004 and has been selling real estate for more than 43 years. He is a member of NAR, SCR, and CCAR. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation, and is a certified insurance counselor. He has also completed the coursework for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
