Garden City Realty welcomes seven new REALTORS to its Sales Team
Garden City Beach, SC – April 14 — Garden City Realty is pleased to announce that seven new agents now hold their license with Garden City Realty, growing the sales department to 18 active REALTORS.
“We are fortunate to have had seven new agents join the Garden City Realty sales department in the last year. Since implementing our CRM database in 2018, it has increased substantially. And the best way to ensure our prospective clients get the personal attention they need is to grow our team,” said Real Estate Manager Michelle Genovesi.
“It’s been a good time to grow the sales department,” Hewitt added. “Due to the growth of the area and the real estate market, we knew now was the perfect time to add members to our team. In addition, several agents created teams to keep up with their client lead database and market demands. Overall, our sales department has never been better. I look forward to seeing this group grow and what impact they will have on the company’s success this year.”
Burton Dixon was born and raised along the Grand Strand. He has more than 10 years experience selling homes for his family’s construction company and building and selling spec homes. He joined GCR in March.

Jacob Carbaugh was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland and is a recent graduate of Coastal Carolina University. He acquired his South Carolina Real Estate license while in his senior year and joined GCR in February.
